My guest in this episode of Diferente, is lead college basketball analyst for CBS Sports, former NBA basketball player, and Ohio State Buckeye, Clark Kellogg. Clark has benefited tremendously from the access and opportunities that were made available to him through athletics. But he also knows that in sports you have to learn to deal with adversity, which comes very handy in real life. As well as remaining humble when you excel.

This is the first episode in a six-part series on ACCESS.
Access is a hot topic these days, some want to restrict it, others want to protect it. But the fact remains that our communities need access to education, mentorship, money, sports, networking and strong representation and community leadership in order to grow.
In this episode of Diferente, we discuss how sports can give us access to new opportunities and open doors. Through sports we can learn about team building, leadership, community and hard work. Sports can help build character and careers. Through sports, I have seen many people grow in their lives, from getting an education, to building relationships, and having access to incredible mentors and resources that might otherwise be hard to come by.
